Time has been flying by!

Where did the month of November go? Who knows! I spent a bit of time with my husband on a little weekend vacation where we watched movies, cooked some good food, and went thrift store shopping. It was a nice quiet way to celebrate my birthday. My lovely friend, Vicki also took me to see Brandon Flowers perform his new album, Flamingo. He was fabulous and I'm so happy I had the chance to see him live.

I spent a lot of the month working on art and gifts for Christmas. This year I started early, so I didn't have that end of the month panic that usually sets in. Thankfully this year I had most of the things done early in the month. But alas I can't show most of it.

But now that I have finished dealing with all the holiday stuff I've started a new series of paintings called, The Single Ladies. They are all fun portraits of women. Pretty obvious I know. ;)
